Since our products are ‘Made to Measure & Made to Order’ products can only be cancelled within 24 hours making the payment, as the product will have been manufactured to suit your specific sizes, and thus cannot be returned. The initial deposit of £150 can only be refunded before we visit. Once we visit you, then the £150 is not refundable. All refunds agreed and approved by us are subject to 2.5% card handling fees.
